If there was no such thing as bad publicity, Energy Watch boss Danny Wallis would be laughing, but his Block antics have meant plenty of negativity.

Wallis's bizarre bidding at The Block auctions annoyed other potential buyers, the auctioneers and a massive TV audience.

As for the hundreds of sacked Energy Watch workers, his onscreen antics were a final slap in the face.

However the unconventional businessman has denied he's done anything wrong.
