German teens roll car near Wyndham

Three teenaged German tourists escaped with minor injuries after the car they were driving rolled over near Wyndham yesterday.

A police spokesman said that the three women - two 19-year-olds and an 18-year-old - were driving a Nissan Micra along Great Northern Highway towards Wyndham.

About 42km south of Wyndham the driver overcorrected after touching the gravel road shoulder, causing the vehicle to roll over, landing on its roof.

The women were taken to Wyndham Hospital for treatment for minor injuries and were released.
