A man has been charged with murder after a person died following an out-of-control party in Perth.
Police were called to the Atwell home, in the city's south, after reports of an out-of-control party about 1.30am (WST) on Saturday, where they found a 20-year-old man with serious injuries.
The Forrestdale man was raced to Fremantle Hospital, where he died hours later.
Two other men, a 21-year-old and a 22-year-old, were taken to Royal Perth Hospital and Fremantle hospital respectively with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police arrested a 23-year-old man on Saturday.
In a statement on Sunday night, police confirmed the man, from Atwell, had been charged with murder, as well as two counts of unlawful wounding.
He has been refused bail and will appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court on Monday.
