A teenager has been charged after a ute crashed into a house in Margaret River early this morning.
An 18-year-old woman will be summonsed to appear in court over the crash.
Around 12.20am, police were called to a crash scene on Callistemon Drive where a Ford Falcon ute had crashed through a fence and was resting up against a man’s house.
"The resident of a house on that street was woken by a loud crashing noise at the side of his house," a police spokesman said.
"He went outside and found a Ford Falcon ute resting up against his house, which had just crashed through his fence."
The house was not badly damaged, however State Emergency Services attended the scene as a precaution.
A person of interest was identified and arrest before being taken back to the Margaret River Police Station after she failed a preliminary breath test.
The teen then allegedly failed the evidentiary test when at the station.
