A 48-year-old man has been charged after allegedly driving his car into three men in Broome last month.
Police allege the man had an argument with the men before driving his Toyota Landcruiser at them and hitting them with the bull bar on Gantheaume Point Road in Broome between 11pm and 11.30pm on October 20.
A 20-year-old man received a broken leg and his 28-year-old and 24-year-old friends received lacerations and abrasions after it is believed tried to help their friend but were dragged a short distance by the vehicle.
The three men were taken to Broome Hospital. The 20-year-old, was also flown to Perth for specialist treatment.
Broome Police have charged the 48-year-old with grievous bodily harm and two counts of acts causing bodily harm and is scheduled to appear in Broome Magistrate's Court on November 30.
