Touch football is proving popular in a new sports program being run at Wyndham each week.

Wyndham Oval Wednesday, known as WOW, is a being run by a partnership between the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley and Wyndham Early Learning Centre Men’s Program.

The program started with a combination of tasters of touch football, Aussie rules and rugby, but the players seemed to be enjoying rugby the most. Freshly juiced carrot and fruit is provided to participants and big groups of children and adults, including Port Wyndham Crocs football players.

WOW is held every Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm at Wyndham Town Oval.
