Fremantle have shuffled their playing list with Lee Spurr being demoted and promoted to the club's senior list with a few strokes of a pen.
And the Dockers have also shuffled their team for Sunday's clash with the Western Bulldogs with six players added to the team that lost to Collingwood last Saturday.
Firstly today, Fremantle took Josh Mellington off their long-term injury list following his recovery from a serious hamstring injury.
Mellington could line-up with a WAFL reserves team this weekend to start his comeback to AFL ranks. His WAFL team, West Perth, has a bye.
To facilitate Mellington's return, the Dockers had to relegate Lee Spurr. But Fremantle was immediately able to use its mid-season rookie list selection to keep Spurr on the senior list.
Later in the day Fremantle dopped Zac Clarke, Jayden Pitt and Alex Silvagni from the senior squad for the battle with the Dogs.
Paul Duffield, Antoni Grover, Kepler Bradley, Stephen Hill, Michael Walters and Cameron Sutcliffe were added to a 25-man band.
Sutcliffe, a product of Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFL, will make his debut if he survives a three-man trim of the squad tomorrow.
The Bulldogs will be without Dylan Addison (jaw), Adam Cooney (soreness) and Robert Murphy (hip) while Liam Jones was dropped.Lindsay Gilbee, Ayce Cordy, Jason Tutt, Nathan Djerrkura, Mitchell Wallis, Daniel Pearce and Mark Austin come into the 25.
