Aussies dominating in crucial ODI

India has clawed their way to 170 runs after a horror start to their innings in today's crucial one day international.

A short time ago, India lost their last wicke, bringing to an end a horror innings that had then 5-33 after 10 overs.

Earlier today, Mitchell Johnson took 3-26 off six overs, while Doug Bollinger has taken 2-6 off five overs.

India won the toss and elected to bat first in the sixth one-day match, at Guwahati.

The tourists recalled Johnson to their side in place of Ben Hilfenhaus in the only change from the XI who beat India by three runs in an epic match at Hyderabad on Thursday.

India named an unchanged team, meaning Ishant Sharma again sits on the sidelines, his place still occupied by Munaf Patel.

The Australians have admitted to their tiredness ahead of this fixture but are motivated by the chance of wrapping up the series, 4-2, with one match left to play in Mumbai on Wednesday.

There should be a little early movement in the air on a surface that has favoured medium pace bowlers - the best figures in a match here were the 5-22 taken by former Indian allrounder Robin Singh, against Sri Lanka in 1997.

Darkness descends early in Guwahati, at around 4.30pm local time, forcing the early 8.30am start.
