UPDATED: Anthony Morabito's injury curse has continued with the Fremantle midfielder requiring a third reconstruction of his left knee.
Morabito twisted awkwardly attempting a tackle during a training session at Fremantle Oval this morning. He felt for his left leg and shouted in pain, grimacing with disappointment before hobbling to his feet.
But he struggled to put weight on the leg and again fell. He grabbed his head while in pain on the ground before being assisted from the playing arena by a band of Fremantle support staff.

It was later confirmed by the Dockers that Morabito had again torn his anterior cruciate liagment.
He was visibly upset as he departed the Dockers training venue for scans shortly after the incident. Alongside him in the car was Fremantle coach Ross Lyon, such was the club's concern for the player's welfare.
The 21-year-old has endured a horror run of knee injuries since being recruited by the Dockers with the No.4 selection in the 2009 national draft.
He has undergone two reconstructions of his left knee after rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament but was on course to resume his stunted AFL career in round one this season.
Former AFL premiership coach David Parkin had been mentoring Morabito on his road to full recovery.
Morabito has played 23 matches for the Dockers, all in his debut season in 2010.
Dockers football manager Chris Bond said the club was rocked by the injury.
"Understandably Anthony is devastated at the moment and the club will be working extremely closely with him and his family,” he told the club website.
Bond said the club was ready to provide Morabito with the support he needed during the rehabilitation period.
There was no indication whether the Dockers would consider the radical LARS surgery for Morabito.
Former teammate Rhys Palmer, now with Greater Western Sydney, expressed his sympathy via social media.
"So sad to hear about Mora doing his third knee. Great bloke and massive talent, hope the footy world gets around him @Fremantle_FC," he tweeted.COMMENTS
