Almost 200 Busselton students will sit at least one WA Certificate of Education exam during the final year exam period which started this week.
Busselton’s smallest Year 12 cohort, a class of 15 at Cornerstone Christian College, have been in study mode for the past week.
Johanna Mathewson and cousins Shanae and Bruce Dykstra spoke to the Times ahead of sitting their first of five exams yesterday.
They were united in being able to juggle leisure time away from the books and refrain from excessive time caught up on social media.
Johanna said she minimised use of social networking sites but kept to the routine of what helped her relax.Harbouring ambitions to study architecture at university, Bruce said it was important to have balance and discipline by turning off the computer and music while reading and going out with friends in downtime.
