The daughter of Blackfriars ran third, beaten a long neck by Durrahmore who edged out Bontiara in an exciting finish.
Expectations were high at Miss Vinnoire’s next outing in the perthracing.com.au Handicap (1400m), but her hopes were cruelly dashed when she was a late scratching.'The West Australian' is a trademark of West Australian Newspapers Limited 2012.
