Australind man dies after Wokalup crash

Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash which occurred at around 6am today.

An 18-year-old man from Australind was driving a Holden Commodore north along the South West Highway, Wokalup when his vehicle hit a tree.

He was the sole occupant of the car.

He was flown to Royal Perth Hospital by RAC helicopter but died a short time ago.

Police are appealing for the driver of a white utility, driving behind the man at the time of the crash, to come forward to assist with inquiries.
