Teens airlifted from Harvey after sports injuries (cloned for SW 1339234684)

Two teenage boys have been flown to hospital after they were injured playing sport in Harvey this afternoon.

A 14-year-old boy has spinal injuries after he was injured playing soccer at Harvey Soccer Club.

A 15-year-old boy received an ankle injury, believed to be a fracture, whilst playing football at Harvey Oval at about 2pm.

The boys were picked up by the RAC Rescue chopper just before 3pm and flown to Royal Perth Hospita. Both boys are in a stable condition.
