Bunbury came out tops at the South West Tidy Towns awards, taking out the Waste Management and Litter Prevention category.
Walpole was the star of the awards night in Boddington, winning four of the nine categories.
The town won the South West Tidy Towns Sustainable Communities regional award, the General Appearance award, the Natural Heritage Conservation award and the Water Conservation award.
Greenbushes won the Community Action and Partnerships award, Boddington won the Heritage and Culture award, Dunsborough won the Young Legends award.
The Energy Innovation prize was not awarded.
Entrants into the region’s Tidy Towns competition were Boddington, Bunbury, Collie, Dunsborough, Greenbushes, Harvey, Walpole, Waroona and Yarloop.
