Sixty-four Hedland Senior High School Year 12 students ended a significant chapter in their young lives last week.
The graduating class of 2012 had mixed emotions when the North West Telegraph asked what they had planned for the future.
Chelsea Silvasi said she was happy to “get out into the real world” and had planned to take a gap year and then return to study medicine.
Gary Baker said he would also travel and had dreams of becoming a movie director.
Hedland Senior High School principal John Burke said the graduating class had represented the school well.
“Their families should be proud of what they have achieved not only this year but throughout their whole schooling life,” he said.“We’ve really enjoyed their company at Hedland Senior High School and we’re sad to see them go but wish them all the best.”
