Pilbara Cities’ office manager Chris Adams has resigned from his role and will take on the position of Shire of Roebourne chief executive in September.

Mr Adams resigned from his Pilbara Cities role yesterday and will replace former chief executive Collene Longmore.

He has previously held chief executive positions at the Town of Port Hedland and the Shire of Wyndham.

Mr Adams said he looked forward to building on the progress the shire had made in recent years and was excited to become more involved with its transformation.
