Around 200 Derby residents turned out for a hearty Australia Day breakfast and to congratulate the winners of this year’s Premier’s Australia Day Awards.
Derby Bus service owner Don Dunbar received the Active Citizenship Award.
Sian Edwards, also a long serving FESA volunteer, took out the Under- 25-Years-Old Award for showing strong leadership in the community.
The Active Community Group Award went to the Derby Seniors Group and Derby Country Women’s Association.Follow thewest.com.au on Twitter
