Saints held off a determined CBC to emerge winners in the pick of last week’s Under 17 boys’ basketball fixtures at the Brookman Street stadium.

Piccadilly were pushed all the way before prevailing by five points, 47-42.

The division’s other match was also a tight contest which fell the way of Heat at the expense of Olympians, 41-35.

In Under 17 girls’ results, CBC were too strong for Olympians in a 40-11 victory, while Steelers edged out the Kalgoorlie Girls’ Academy, 35-30.

CBC Red completed a comfortable win over clubmates CBC White in Under 15 boys’ action.

Olympians and Scotch emerged the division’s other winners against CBC Blue and Magic respectively.
