Top principal gets good dunking

WA's Primary Principal of the Year Leonie Clelland had a break from her regular activities yesterday when she was dunked several times in a pool of water.

Kalgoorlie Primary School students enthusiastically crowded around to take their shot at sending Mrs Clelland plummeting into the water tank.

Every spectator erupted into a chant of “dunk Mrs Clelland” as she took her place on the platform above the pool.

The school rewarded all students who had avoided getting detention for the entire year by holding a day of fun activities, but Mrs Clelland was clearly the star of the show.
