A spectacular lighting display on Piccadilly Street has taken out the Kalgoorlie Metro Property Group and RadioWest Christmas lights People’s Choice Award.
Rob Jessett of 82 Piccadilly Street was announced as the winner of the $500 prize last night as two buses full of judges took to the streets of Kalgoorlie-Boulder to determine the winner of the annual Christmas lights competition.
Second time entrant Donna Malec said she really enjoyed decorating her home with Christmas lights.“It’s always fun to get creative and decorate the house with Christmas lights and its even more fun to drive around and look at everyone else’s,” she said.
