The new McDonald’s store in Kalgoorlie-Boulder has proven a big hit with the public.
The restaurant, at the corner of Brookman and Lane streets, held its grand opening on Saturday.
Balloons, face painting and a visit from Hamburglar had kids entertained throughout the event from 10am to 2pm.
RadioWest broadcast live from the dining room from 10am to 1pm.
One dollar from each Big Mac and coffee sold on the day went to Full Circle Therapies.The grand opening raised $4182 for the local not-for-profit organisation, which helps children with autism.
