It is an exciting time for business in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, with the support of the local community driving growth for two companies with strong connections to the area.
Kalgoorlie Metro Property Group and Goldfields Money have independently decided to build on their success in the Goldfields by expanding into the Perth market.
While their business models and industries may differ, the move will see each company courting new customers in Perth, yet both are determined to keep their operational headquarters in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Kalgoorlie Metro’s general manager Mick Martell and licensee Keren Briers recently oversaw the move to new premises on Brookman Street, partly to accommodate the extra resources needed after the opening of Perth Metro in Osborne Park.
They attribute much of the rapid growth of the business, now in its third year, to the support of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder community.'The West Australian' is a trademark of West Australian Newspapers Limited 2013.
