Kalgoorlie-Boulder businesses are running out of time to make sure they are well represented in the new business directory.

Local businesses have until Friday to advertise in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry directory, with chamber chief executive Hugh Gallagher saying it was important to the community.

“This community compared to the metro community is very tight,” he said.

“The kind of information in the directory is much more effective in a community like this.”

Mr Gallagher said the directory first came out in 1984 and is delivered free to every business and home in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
