A man who allegedly dragged a woman by her hair into the roundabout on the corner of Burt and Lane streets appeared in court yesterday after breaching his bail.

Wayne Phillip Oliver, 33, was not permitted to attend a specific residence in Kalgoorlie-Boulder as part of his bail conditions and when police attended the address they found him there on Tuesday.

Mr Oliver is yet to enter a plea to the charge of breaching a protective bail condition.

He was granted bail on a charge of aggravated assault which he is also yet to enter a plea for.

Police prosecutor Senior Constable Alan Dean said the alleged assault happened on February 14 at 9pm.
