No plea on drug charges

A woman accused of possessing cocaine, methylamphetamine and MDMA with intent to sell appeared in court on Monday.

Tamzen Patrice Ellison, 25, appeared via video link in the Kalgoorlie Magistrate’s Court and is yet to enter pleas.

Defence Counsel Carmel McKenzie said she was still yet to receive full disclosure from the police concerning the charges.

Magistrate Tanya Watt ordered Ms McKenzie receive all the information before March 1.

The court had previously been told Ms Ellison had been a passenger in a car searched by Esperance Detectives on August 21.

The detectives allegedly found 20 clipseal bags containing about 16.78g of methylamphetamine and other drugs.
