A man appeared in Kalgoorlie Magistrate’s Court on Monday charged with almost 30 offences.
Matthew John Rushan, 32, is yet to enter pleas to any of the charges, which include offering to sell methylamphetamine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possessing a smoking utensil used for smoking a prohibited drug.
The matter was listed by Mr Rushan’s defence counsel for a bail application, but it had to be relisted for today as neither Magistrate Felicity Zempilas nor police prosecutor Shane White were prepared to proceed.'The West Australian' is a trademark of West Australian Newspapers Limited 2012.
