Free dress day to raise funds

Primary students at Goldfields Baptist College held a free dress day on Friday to raise funds for their two adopted children.

The students have adopted two children through Compassion Australia – one from the Philippines and one from Uganda.

The college will continue to support both these children until they turn 21.

Students made a gold coin donation to wear free dress and the money will go to Hanna and Michael, the adopted children.

The high school students also wore free dress and donated gold coins to their two adopted children from the Philippines – Melisa and Roy.
