Fairy floss, popcorn and balloon animals were all the rage on Saturday.
Kids on Carrington childcare centre held a fundraising fun day for the whole community.
With a children’s bouncy castle, chocolate wheel, novelty games, raffles, stalls and trash and treasure, the day was a lot of fun for everyone.
It is hoped this will be the first of many fundraisers at Kids on Carrington, with money raised to go to the Goldfields Aged Pensioners’ Welfare Association.
Kids on Carrington food coordinator Lesley Moore said the centre aimed to raise $5000.“It’s a bit crazy organising it. This is the first time we’ve done it so it’s a learning curve for all of us,” Ms Moore said. “Hopefully we’ll be able to do it again and go bigger.
