Looking at Jacqueline Hodson it is hard to fathom that she is anything but a happy healthy 21-year-old.
But what you can’t see is the condition she was diagnosed with from birth — cystic fibrosis, a condition, which sees only half of those diagnosed reach their late 30s.
Jackie was the inspiration behind Dubland 13 organisers choosing Cystic Fibrosis WA to benefit from tomorrow’s music festival.
She said it was overwhelming to have an event held for the cause, and it was difficult to live with the condition.
“A lot of people don’t understand what it is and what it involves,” she said.
