Sarah Bridgeman is $10,000 richer after signing up to the Kate Morgan weight loss program.

She lost 4kg in the space of a month and won the nationwide competition.

Ms Bridgeman started the program at Fountains Chemmart Pharmacy with the help of local weight loss consultants.

The program involved replacing two meals a day with shakes or other substitutes.

To be eligible to enter, clients had to obtain an entry card, have their weight recorded at least four times during the promotional period, and record a weight loss during that time.

Ms Bridgeman said she wanted to lose some weight before a friend’s wedding in February.

“I am going to be a bridesmaid so I want to look good,” she said.

Kate Morgan Australia director Lisa Baggett said it was great to see a regional winner claim the prize.
