Debate over a restructure of PCYC has ignited among election candidates after figures revealed Geraldton has the worst juvenile crime rate in WA.

A total of 2366 juvenile offenders in Geraldton were processed between 2009 and 2012 — the highest of the 22 districts in the report.
Bunbury was second with 1504 offenders.Full story in today's print edition.
