Management for Vibe Nightclub and Geraldton Hotel have dispelled rumours they are set to close after the parent company went into receivership last month.

Mike Clarke, manager for the two Geraldton venues, said while the properties were being prepared for sale within “four to six weeks” they would not close.

“Everything is proceeding as normal,” he said yesterday.

He said the properties were yet to be valued.

“A representative for the Vibe Nightclub took to the venue’s facebook page on Wednesday stating the club was “not closing down”.
