Top students reflect on outstanding year

There were celebrations all round when Year 12 exam results were released ahead of schedule last Sunday afternoon.

Australian Tertiary Admission Ranks (ATAR) were posted online, with many local students achieving outstanding results.

Geraldton Grammar School dux Denby Evans achieved an ATAR of 91.75.

Denby was pleased with her results and plans to study a bachelor of science at the University of Western Australia in 2014.

Geraldton Senior College runner-up dux Katrina Schleicher achieved an ATAR of 97.15.
