Rain dampens harvest delivery

Expressions of interest in a beachside residential development at Mahomets Flats are being sought by the City of Greater Geraldton.

The development, bounded by Olive St, Willcock and McAleer drives, comprises 70 lots of varying sizes, with nine 800sqm lots ready for immediate release.

Phil Sorgiovanni, principal of the City’s agent, Activewest Real Estate, said the development offered buyers a unique opportunity.

“Its central location, within walking distance of some of Geraldton’s best beaches, shops, and only minutes
away from the CBD is a rare opportunity indeed,” he said.
