Motorist loses court battle

The speed camera won when a Geraldton man went to court to challenge one of a spate of infringements in Webberton issued from April this year.

However, the issue is unlikely to end there.

Brian Taylor, 67, who appeared in the Geraldton Magistrates Court last week (Nov 8), said he would be appealing against the decision to the Perth District Court.
