A pregnant waitress who mistakenly gave a wad of $100 notes to the wrong customer has been rewarded for her honesty.
According to ABC America, Samantha Knight found the cash on a seat when she was cleaning a table at the Laishley Crab House in Florida last week.
She reportedly gave the cash, totalling $1000, to a man she believed to be the rightful owner.
Minutes later the real owner, Chicago-man Chuck Behm, come back inside to look for his money, ABC reports.
Mr Behm told Ms Knight he would give it to her if it was returned.
And yesterday, he did!
The man who took the initially took the money returned to the restaurant with his temporary windfall.
According to ABC, Mr Behm lived up to his word and gave it to the waitress.
"The gentleman said that he was tired and confused and the money was mixed together in his wallet," Mr Behm said.
And as an extra bonus for Ms Knight, the man who gave her the cash also gave her another $100 for her honesty.
