The alleged kidnap victim of former bikie Vince Focarelli and his son is yet to make a statement to prosecutors, an Adelaide court has been told.
Focarelli, 37, and Guiseppe Focarelli, 18, have been charged with aggravated assault, unlawful detention, threatening to kill and using a motor vehicle without consent on November 25 and 26.
The men appeared in Adelaide magistrates court on Tuesday, when the prosecution said a number of declarations were outstanding including that of the complainant.
In December, the Supreme Court was told the alleged victim had given two contradictory statements as to the events in question.
That court granted strict home detention bail to Vince Focarelli, who has survived six attempts on his life.
Magistrate Bob Harrap adjourned the case to March 14.
