A teenager is in a critical condition following a hit and run in central NSW.
The 19-year-old was walking across the road with a group of men in Narromine just before 1am (AEDT) on Saturday when a ute hit him, police say.
It is alleged the driver of the ute, which had a bull bar and P-plates, drove off without stopping.
The teen was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital with critical injuries, before being transferred to Westmead Hospital in Sydney.
The driver has not been found, a police spokeswoman said.
