Victorian police are looking for a man they believe was involved in a bikie-related shooting in bayside Melbourne.
Investigators say they have serious concerns for the welfare of William Charles Thomason, 29, after a man believed to be affiliated with the Comanchero bikie gang arrived at the Royal Melbourne Hospital with a gun shot wound to his upper body on September 29.
He discharged himself a short time later and is not cooperating with police.
Investigators believe the shooting is linked to an earlier report of a verbal altercation and gun shot in Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula.
Thomason is believed to be armed and members of the public are being urged not to approach him.
He was last seen in the Glenroy area, in Melbourne's north, several days ago.
