- 2 tbsp coconut syrup (available at Asian supermarkets) *
- 2 punnets strawberries, hulled *
- 1 punnet fresh raspberries *
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries *
- 4 big bananas, sliced lengthways *
Melt the butter in a big frying pan with the brown sugar, star anise and coconut syrup. Fold through the berries, then the banana. Serve with creamy Greek yoghurt.
