The most successful Olympic athlete in history with 22 medals, 27-year-old Phelps was named the magazine's number one fittest man of all time, beating Bruce Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Muhammad Ali.

The Daily Mail reports Men's Health as saying: "His portrayal was fitter, meaner, angrier, and darker than any Bond in the history of the franchise - and that's why Craig's Bond is also one of the best".
"He looks like the kind of Bond you could imagine a henchman legitimately running from - cobblestone abs, monster traps, and hardly an ounce of fat anywhere.
"In other words, he's the Bond who finally made kicking ass in a tuxedo believable again".
Others included in the list are Sylvester Stallone, Lance Armstrong, David Beckham and actor Gerard Butler.
