RECIPE: Scones2 cups self-raising flour
extra milk for glazingPreheat oven to 250C (200C fan-forced). Sift flour and salt. Add butter and rub into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Gradually add milk to make a soft dough. Place dough on to a floured board and knead slightly. Pat down until about 2cm thick and cut out scones. Place on a greased tray and brush with extra milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
