Mexican is still one of the hottest new food trends in Perth and foodies have a chance to learn from one of its best practitioners this weekend.
Kitchen Warehouse at Osborne Park is wrapping up its Flavours of Mexico month with a free demonstration by Sam Ward, one of Perth's young up and coming chefs who has become the Master of Mexican food after working for Cantina and now el PUBLICO.
He will be sharing his tips on Mexican cooking and guiding us through the dos and don'ts of Mexico's favourite ingredient, the chilli, on Saturday at 1pm.This interactive event will enable cooks to learn more about the contemporary and popular Mexican cuisine that been popping up in restaurants across Perth, and its 'sharing' philosophy which has proven to be perfect for families and groups of friends.
