'Tis the season for eating and entertaining, so Today asked four TV celebrity chefs for an easy-to-prepare festive recipe.
They were more than happy to oblige with a selection of dishes that take you from starters to desserts with ease.

RECIPE: Salmon CuradoThe Living Room (Ten)
INGREDIENTS:4 bunches dill
METHOD: Put salmon in a deep tray. In a food processor blend all ingredients to make a marinade, saving two bunches of dill. With the marinade rub salmon and marinate for 3 hours.
After 3 hours wash salmon fillet. Cut salmon in half longways, sprinkle with chopped dill. Roll in to cylinders. Leave to rest overnight. Serve with creme fraiche, salmon roe and fresh horseradish.
