What better way to encourage your loved ones to catch the baking bug?

RECIPE: Christmas Cookies in a Jar

Makes 1-litre jar

1-litre jar or plastic container
160g self-raising flour
1/4 tsp bicarb soda
pinch salt
90g brown sugar
75g caster sugar
70g rolled oats
50g shredded coconut
100g dried cranberries

125g white chocolate buds, small

In clean jar layer in the flour, then bicarb soda, salt, brown sugar, caster sugar rolled oats, coconut, cranberries and chocolate buds. Print out instructions and attach to jar.
