Frozen grapes are delicious and cooling with this rich chocolate dessert.
Chocolate, Coffee & Macadamia Nut Slice with Frozen GrapesMakes about 12 slices
200g good quality dark chocolatebig bunch of red grapes, frozen
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Add the ground coffee to combine well. Pour into a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients except grapes.
Line a loaf tin about 20cm x 11cm with cling film with edges overhanging.
Spoon the mixture into the loaf tin. Smooth the top and cover tightly with cling wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Unmould and cut into slices and serve with a small bunch frozen grapes.Sponsored links
