The Perth Fashion Festival is merging music and clothing together for the first time.

Fashionably Loud will transform Brookfield Place in the heart of the city into a mecca of fashion and music from 5pm on September 21.

Fremantle-based pop/rock group San Cisco, featuring indie starlet Scarlett Stevens, will perform live at the free event while stylist Zara Bryson will dress models in outfits from designers including Ellery, Story by Tang, Kitty Grace and Belle Bijoux.
