RECIPE: Farmers' Market Pizza1 x 200g wholemeal dough ball - rolled and proved
squeeze of lemon juicePre-heat oven to 250C. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly around the pizza base. Place the pumpkin, capsicum, zucchini and beetroot on top, making sure that when the pizza is cut, everybody gets a taste of each of the vegetables. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and when ready, cut up and drizzle Greek yoghurt and lemon juice on to each slice.
