RECIPE: Violet Crumble Martini

  • Serves 4 *

  • 120ml vodka *

  • 160ml white chocolate liquor *

  • 2 cups crushed ice *

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream *

  • 1 Violet Crumble, crushed *

  • *

Blend vodka, white chocolate liquor, ice and ice-cream in a blender until smooth. Divide among glasses. Top with Violet Crumble.
