RECIPE: Chunky MashServes 6
4 big parsnips, peeled and cut into chunksgrind black pepper
Place all the vegetables in a pot of cold salted water with lemon juice. Bring to the boil and cook until tender. Mash with butter, cream and seasoning. Leave slightly chunky.Sponsored links
